Yondu and the Rose

This creation was for a college project to merge two nominated Oscar movies. I had chosen to merge Beauty and the Beast and Guardians of the Galaxy. I have always been intrigued by the glass that was encasing the rose in Beauty in the Beast. My favorite Guardians of the Galaxy character has always been Yondu and so I took pieces of those things and merged them into this watercolor and then digitally enhanced the colors to be more vibrant and galactic.
